TC Boom Boom Club

“Independence Day ought to be solemnized with pomp and parade, with shows, games, sports, bells, bonfires and illuminations, from one end of this continent to the other, from this time forward forever more.”   John Adams, July 1776

What can be better than to celebrate the Fourth of July with a fun party, live music, food, great fireworks (illuminations) synchronized to music, friends…and all on a beautiful bay!
John Adams knew it over 200 years ago – now we want you to join the fun and help make sure that this wonderful Traverse City tradition continues for years to come.
The Traverse City Boom Boom Club has been formed to spur pride in our country and remembrance of our nation’s independence.  Our mission is to provide a fireworks display over beautiful West Grand Traverse Bay for the Fourth of July that will instill pride in our community while we celebrate our nation.

In the same American spirit that built our great nation, the success of this initiative will come as a community grassroots effort.  While we are receiving support through generous contributions from some local municipalities, businesses and private donations, to ensure its success – we need you too.
